Tim was born and raised in western North Carolina.  His background as a cook first piqued his interest in wine.  His favorite wines are big, complex reds.

Tim has been a cook, a landscaper, worked at a semi-truck dealership, worked in the oilfields, and has been a delivery driver.  He’s explored many places in the US and has discovered he loves Montana and has a sense of appreciation for where he’s at.   In his spare time, Tim likes to hike, fly fish, tie flies, cook, camp and read.  He’s unique and individualistic, just like everybody else!
